An Embedded Software Engineer is required to join a growing engineering team to work with a market leading manufacturer of advanced thermal imaging products.

You will be responsible for writing firmware for a small embedded PIC32 microcontroller with an appreciation of low power, low memory footprint of software along with an understanding of communication interfaces such as I2C, UART and SPI.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you must have the following skills:

• Fully conversant with writing software for a small embedded PIC32 microcontroller
• Low power device design
• Understanding of communication interfaces such as I2C, UART and SPI
• Embedded Linux experience is desirable along with C / C++
