A Senior Electronics Engineer is required to join a small but highly experienced Electronics Design team specialising in lab equipment. 

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will work across the whole project lifecycle, from concept and specification through to design, prototyping through to test and ensuring product design is suitable for efficient manufacturing. You’ll also champion initiatives that will both improve the quality and reliability of next generation products. You’ll carry out the following: PCB layouts, writing firmware, assembly of prototypes, drawing up BOMs, assemblies and purchasing specifications. 

In order to be successful in the role of Senior Electronics Engineer you must have experience of the following: 

• Digital and analogue design 
• Embedded Software Development 
• Schematic and PCB Layouts (Altium – Although any design tools will be considered)
• Ability to take designs from initial concept through to small batch production
