A Senior Embedded Software Engineer is required to join a leading supplier of electronics and camera technology.

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer you be responsible for the whole design from preliminary specification through to verified software.

• You’ll define a set of requirements for a feature/bug fix up to system level; design and document a solution that meets the requirements; and implement, test, and verify the design meets the requirements with supported test evidence.
• You’ll write technical documentation including low level requirement specifications, test specification and functional descriptions.
• You’ll be responsible for building software packages for release; including configuring the releases, raising the appropriate documentation, and chairing the release meetings.
• You’ll use test equipment such as: oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, signal generators etc.

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer you must have previous experience in the following areas:

• 5 years or more experience working on embedded software designs.
• Embedded C/C++
• FreeRTOS
• Master’s or bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of producing designs on time and within budget.
