A Test Engineer is required to join a growing engineering team within an innovative security technology company.

You’ll be responsible for the qualification of in-house Software and Hardware products and related third party integrations. The role is predominantly manual Software testing but also encompasses aspects of test automation and Hardware / Firmware test.

As Test Engineer, you will have the following key responsibilities / experience:

• Ensure products meet design specifications and perform as required
• Identify defects and opportunities to improve
• Record test runs to provide evidence of product maturity and test coverage
• Using VMware in a test environment
• Use of Helix ALM
• Full understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Any knowledge of Access control, security products or network security / cryptography would be an advantage
